The Court has now entered a Third Modified Preliminary Injunction which, among other things, confirms Mr. McNamara’s appointment as permanent receiver. Defendants’ businesses have been permanently closed, and the Receiver and his team are continuing their investigation, identifying and taking control of receivership assets.
October 21, 2025 – Court Converts Monitorship to Receivership
On October 16, 2025, Plaintiffs filed an Emergency Motion to Modify the Preliminary Injunction and Convert the Monitor into a Receiver. On October 21, 2025 the Court granted the Motion to Convert and appointed Mr. McNamara as Temporary Receiver.
October 6, 2025 – Monitor’s Preliminary Report
On October 6, 2025, the Monitor filed his preliminary report containing the results of his initial investigation and followed up with additional reports on October 20 and 28, 2025. Copies of the reports are available in the Documents section of this webpage.
May 1, 2025 – Notice of Complaint and Preliminary Injunctions
On May 1, 2025, the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) and the Nevada Attorney General’s Office filed a lawsuit against International Markets Live, Inc.; IM Mastery Academy Ltd.; Assiduous, Inc.; and Global Dynasty Network, LLC. The individuals named in the lawsuit are Christopher Terry, Isis Terry, Jason Brown, Alex Morton, Matthew Rosa, and Brandon Boyd.
The Complaint alleges that Defendants operated a multinational deceptive investment training scheme targeting young adults. Since 2019, the scheme has operated under the name “IM Mastery Academy,” and is also known as “IML,” and “IM Academy.” In November 2024, the Defendants rebranded their scheme under the name “IYOVIA,” but the services offered, and marketing methods remained fundamentally the same. The Plaintiffs have reached settlements with Defendants Global Dynasty Network, LLC, Jason Brown, Matthew Rosa, Alex Morton, and Brandon Boyd, and the Court has entered stipulated final orders as to those Defendants.
On August 11, 2025, the Court granted the Plaintiffs’ request for a Preliminary Injunction against International Markets Live, Inc., IM Mastery Academy Ltd., Assiduous, Inc., Christopher Terry, and Isis Terry and appointed Thomas W. McNamara to act as Monitor.
