Joe Cipollini is a regular Regulatory Resolutions consultant who has worked with us in performing computer forensic examinations in numerous receiverships. He understands the need to act efficiently but carefully in preserving electronic data and maintaining chain of custody. Mr. Cipollini is a principal at Hadron Computer Forensics. His distinguished career includes 31 years of combined service as a Ventura County District Attorney’s Office Investigator, as well as a Ventura County Deputy Sheriff. Mr. Cipollini, an EnCE certified computer forensics examiner, was a lead examiner for the Southern California High Technology Task Force-Camarillo Laboratory where he conducted hundreds of digital forensic examinations.
