Thad L. Meyer is a regular Regulatory Resolutions consultant who has worked with us for more than a decade. He brings over 25 years of operating experience as a C-Level Executive in complex operating companies and in the residential and commercial real estate industry. Mr. Meyer is President of Alliance Turnaround Management, Inc., a problem resolution firm that specializes in distressed operating company and real estate workout opportunities. He has been a CFO for much of his career and his expertise spans public company and institutional reporting, joint venture relationships, complex cash flow forecasting, forensic accounting examinations, public and private capital raising, budgeting, banking relationships, debt structuring, and tax planning. He has been involved in numerous examinations of individuals and business entities where he has been responsible for asset discovery and explanation of financial results along with sources and uses of past and future cash flows. Mr. Meyer has used his financial and accounting expertise in dozens of receivership and fraud examinations.
Mr. Meyer is a CPA, a CTP (Certified Turnaround Professional), and a California real estate broker. He graduated from Colorado State University, where he earned a BS in Accounting.
